OUR FOUNDER - Elodie Lesme

Coming from a family of agricultural entrepreneurs, Elodie founded her first business at the age of 21, while still in university.
For over five years, she has supported CEOs and entrepreneurs in France and internationally, trained teams in New Zealand and Dubai, and became an associate partner in a business accelerator at 29, then the Chief Operating Officer at 30.
But in 2023, everything collapsed.
Her business partners no longer shared her vision or values. Key decisions weakened the company. The funds she had invested disappeared into uncontrolled expenses. Her health deteriorated.
She went through a deep burnout, depression, debt, and a complete loss of direction.
Alone abroad and with no resources, she chose not to give up. She decided to rebuild. Stronger. With alignment.
That journey gave birth to Beyond Business Global.
